Channel 13 is an established full-service film and video production company based in Chicago, IL. Founded by Eric Richter in 2015, we develop and produce high quality, stylized, and original projects for film, television, & web. Utilizing a close-knit network of talented collaborators, we are able tell stories and see all aspects to the production process through from concept to completion.
